Medical Travelers. We provide an amazing experience through clean, safe, and affordable housing to people that need it when it matters the most. Since they often bring a companion who still needs to work, we provide quality Wi-Fi high speed internet, a comfortable work space, home-like amenities, and a kitchen for them to have better control over what they eat. Ethnic / international grocery stores, healthy grocery stores, all kinds of restaurants and shopping, are all within easy reach.
Business travelers, for training or relocation. They feel at home with us! International travelers love to have access to food ingredients like they have back home, and having all kitchen utensils and equipment they need is great. We provide them with a very comfortable work space for when they need to work after the work day. Or to relax.
Vacation travelers. Short or long vacation, we all need a break from time to time! Some travelers want the comfort of a home rather than hotel room. Some travelers like to have a kitchen instead of relying on room service or having to go out 3 times a day.
We host families between homes, after they sold their home and are waiting to close on their next one. It’s so much better than staying at a hotel room with all its limitations!
We host stressed local families during their home renovation by insurance companies after fire or flood damage.
