We invest around $10k in every unit. We want to protect our investment, and therefore we won’t let just anyone in.
Our business model requires us to keep the property in premium condition at all times. This is one of our top priorities.

- Who cleans the bathroom vent, the top of the fridge, the top of the ceiling fan blades? We do! We perform professional, in–depth cleaning, immediately after every single check out.
- Our landlord doesn’t have to worry about any minor repair, we take care of everything under $250, and it’s done immediately.
- We have dedicated cleaning procedures after hosting guests with service animals, or pets in pet-friendly units
- We immediately get rid of smoke odor in case a guest broke our smoke-free rule.
- Most of our guests are out most of the time, so less wear and tear.
- Extensive industry-specific insurance that protects landlord in case of damage, and us for contents. Commercial General Liability. Each occurrence $1M, General aggregate $2M, Personal and advertising $1M. On each unit. We add the landlord to the insurance policy.
